Cass Regional Medical Center Foundation is separate from the medical center. It is an incorporated, IRS-labeled 501(c)(3) charity founded in 1989, and it is governed by 16 volunteer Board of Directors. The Foundation's purpose is to enhance programs and services provided by Cass Regional Medical Center by inspiring and securing charitable donations.

Donor support helps hindered patients get medicine needed in order to go home from the hospital. Donors also provide financial aid to promising students pursuing health care careers and fund needed diagnostic and treatment equipment for the hospital. Donations also provide the calming gardens reserved for walking, prayer and quiet reflection.

The key programs and projects funded by donations to the Foundation are:

Patient Assistance Fund
Cass Regional Gardens
Pulmonary Rehabilitation Assistance Program
Medical Equipment Purchases
Employee Assistance Fund

Our signature fundraising events are:

Grin & Bear It Run
Annual Fundraising Dinner
